I've read somewhere that it's a data-type problem, but I went to check on them and nothing seems unusual.
Where or what should I look for this?

can be anything, you need to identify in which step the error appears, it will have a specific message then, which you can properly solve
what transformation do you do in the last step then? in the query editor you see all the rows as normal?
