What if?

This Measure returns the amount of wages paid to employees who have been employed >= the number of weeks selected in the Wks Employed slicer.

The second slicer, 'What if Wage increases by'  shows what the wages would be if they were increased by selected value.

What if Wages ? = CALCULATE([Pay Finalised] * [Wage Increase Value], FILTER(CarersList,[Wks of Employment _] >= 'Wks Employed'[Wks Employed Value]))

What I'm trying to show is the total What if Wages ?  if the selected What if Wage increases by is only applied to people who have been employed >= the number of Wks Employed slicer. So I need to show What if Wages ? regardless of how many weeks employed but only apply the increase to those employed >= 23 for example (in the pic below).

Hi @android1

May be

What if Wages ? =
SWITCH (
    TRUE (),
    SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Wks Employed'[Wks Employed Value] )
        = SELECTEDVALUE ( CarersList[Wks of Employment _] ), CALCULATE (
        [Pay Finalised] * [Wage Increase Value],
        FILTER (
            CarersList,
            [Wks of Employment _] >= 'Wks Employed'[Wks Employed Value]
        )
    ),
    [Pay Finalised]
)
