What if Parameters - More decimal points?

So I am using what if paramters to view percentage changes with my data. My min to max is -0.1 to 0.1 so -10% to 10% with increments of 0.001. I am using the single value with the slider to adjust the parameter, but when I adjust the slider I only see changes in increments of 0.01 not 0.001.

Is there anway to adjust this so I can see the change of 0.001. Or even better view these changes as a percentage rather than decimal?

When you create a parameter it makes a new table. You can change both the measure and column to a % format, which will display in the slicer.
