What are these grey bars at the bottom corner of my text boxes (not scrolling bars)

Hi all,

I keep getting these weird get lines in my text boxes, and they're not scrolling bars as I have scrolling bars on the document already??! I just want to know how to get rid of it?

Just for testing, can you please make the text box taller and see if the grey box goes away? There may be some hidden or extra line (if you accidentally hit enter when you were done typing the "employee of the month" title for example, which is a common habit.

That grey bar is just a scroll bar in my test, try use the scroll key on the mouse, up or down.

There are could be blank rows in the text box, those blanks will also considered as content of the text box. Try remove the blank rows, otherwise the grey bar will continue displays that means you are not showing all content of the text box.

Sorry I assumed because th text box looked long and wide enough it wouldn't be that, but the text size was too big for it like you said! Shows what I know!!😂  Thanks so much for your help on this!

Each visual (including text boxes) can have a scrollbar if the content doesn't fit, so having scrolling bars in the document already does not mean you can't have them on the visual/text box too.

@AllisonKennedy  The thing is the text is well within the text box and should easily fit. The whole blue bar is the text box

@Anonymous , where are you getting these

@amitchandak Sorry, what do mean when you say where are I getting these? If you mean location, it's the bottom right hand corner of some text boxes

@Anonymous ,

That is ocuuring due to Text Box. Try to increase the size of Text box or Reduce the font under Text Box.
