@Anonymous , First Append the two tables in a new table and remove the value column.
And then merge new table and table 2 on the left join and add only value column

Hi,
you need a full outer and then use conditional column to obtain the complete column you need.
Otherwise, the easiest, you can append to the second table the first one and then delete duplicate rows in your ID.
