Week of CY Quarter and Fiscal Calendar quarter

How we can get week number of that Calendar Year quarter and also for fiscal Year quarter. week number should be get change on each quarter end in Power query editor (M-code Please )

A little confused. could you please explain more details of the calculation logic for us? Why is there no first week in FY21Q2?
