Web as datasource for Transportation alerts

Hi there, I would like to make Alerts dashboard from different transportation agencies, example: 

https://alerts.translink.ca/

https://www.bctransit.com/victoria/schedules-and-maps/alerts

https://transit.saskatoon.ca/service-alerts?page=2

Any idea how I would go about using Web as datasource and putting together a nice dashboard that automatically updates as new alerts are added/removed?

Based on my research, Power BI could not customize alarm currently, maybe you could submit an idea in ideas forum:
