We cannot convert the value "-1151,43" to typre Table

Hello,

I have problem when retrieving data for expanded column straight from the data source, it seems that it has problems with the data being negative. Column itself is 

= Table.ExpandTableColumn(#"Added Custom11", "rows.row.DebVal", {"Element:Text"}, {"rows.row.DebVal.Element:Text"})

I have tried many things, data type change, replace the "-" etc, but nothing seems to help. 

Does anybody have some ideas how to solve this?
