Waterfall total to the left on X axis

The right most bar (96k) is 'total' in waterfall which creates itself automatically. I would like to know if we can move this total bar to left instead of right and then start with the highest bar. Also I would like to keep top 10 bars and the rest to be clubbed in 'Others' column. Is there a way for that?
