Hi @Na12

You can use analyze in excel to get your matrix in excel, else if you just need to review that data for presentation purposes, then export it as pdf or power point from service.

Thanks,

Ankit

Hi @Na12

It seems that you want to export a matrix visual in Excel as it is.

Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
You can vote up this idea for this function:Export Table and Matrix As Is

Or you can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

@Na12 as per my knowledge Power bi does not have a feature to export a data in particular format.However you can use the option of "analyze the data in excel" which will export all the table from the dataset and you can create you own Pivot and there is no limitation in number of rows being exported , unlike in export data in excel you can export only 30K rows....The data is live connected and you always get the latest data to look into

Hope it resolves your issue? Please consider accepting it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

Appreciate your Kudos, Press the thumbs up button!!👍

@Na12 ,

Export option is data export , so I doubt you can get the same format.
