Waffle Percentage Issue % against a group

im having a lot of issues working with Waffle charts getting the DAX right for percentages

Im trying to pull together percentages for a metric against Time of day

the table below contains the % created by Displaying as % of grand total which is correct but you cant do this for the waffle chart

So I created DAX 

SLA Group = [Interruptions] / CALCULATE ( [Interruptions], ALL ('dim OMSInterruptions'[SLA Group]) )*100

But all it gives me is 100% for everything. Im sure this has worked for me in the past

I cant understand where my DAX query has gone wrong. Any help would be apreciated

Please use ALL(Table) instead of ALL(Table[Column]) like below:

SLA Group =
[Interruptions] / CALCULATE ( [Interruptions], ALL ( 'dim OMSInterruptions' ) )

This still hasnt worked

I expected it to sum up to 100%. I deleted the column and just left the table in As above but its just not right
