WEb URL to friendly word links

I have a report that looks as follows:

This is a web url and is a hyper link...

just like the textbox hyperlink option, is there a way to make https://google.com say "Click here for google" and make thi a hyperlink sentence so that when users click on "Click here for google"m it takes them to google.

Currently Web url is a column of a table and i need option to work in a table/matrix visual.

This is not currently possible using the table/matrix visual one option could be changing the web link to a symbol and then place a column with the text you want.
