Visualizations : Matrix or table visual help

I need a visual like below.

(months ie; jan, feb, etc come from date dim)
targets can be static values from a table col

Metric names will be from a table col

The actual values that go under the "jan", "Feb" etc will be from a table col.

I've tried using matrix visual but I can't seem to get 'target' col added.

Re: Visualizations : Matrix or table visual help

Hi @abfit9

poivt "month" column to get  "jan", "Feb" etc columns, add these columns in the "Value" field along with a column "targets".

But this way, it will have a tedious process to add conditional formatting.

A simple way is to add "metric" and "target" in the "Row" field

create a measure to define conditional formating rule.

Measure = SWITCH(TRUE(),MAX([metric])="kpi name 1",IF(MAX([actual value])>40,1,0),MAX([metric])="kpi name 2",IF(MAX([actual value])=1,1,0))

Re: Visualizations : Matrix or table visual help

Thanks, that was helpful. Is there anyway I could make certain metric names ie; 'kpi name 1', 'kpi name 2' etc formatted for font color (not the values). I don't see the matrix visual gives an option for formatting under rows.
