Visualization: YTD target vs YTD actual

I've got a table with dates and sales, it's connected to CRM online which will be auto refreshed.

i've created a "Gauge" dashboard with Max (Year Target) and Target (YTD Target)

this dashboard shows current at 87, with 98 YTD target and 7000 Year target. 

my problem is

1) I have to update the YTD target "98" manually.  is there any way get this update automaticlly? 

2) can i change the font of target '98", it look too small.  When i change txt size under "Data labels", the target "98" stay the same.
