Visual to Show Long Term Due Dates

I am looking for a visual that will be able to show long term due dates (until the end of 2021 for sure).  It doesn't necessarily need to be a calendar, but the easier it is to plug in the information, the better.  The data is simple.  It's a vendor and the date their audit is due.  I'm new to Power Bi, and really struggling to find something simple to display this that isn't just a table. Thanks!!

Try one of the Gantt or Dot Plot visuals.  Click on the ellipsis under the visuals section and choose Get More Visuals to browse AppSource.
