Visual showing duplicates in calculated columns

powerbi.PNGI wanted to show the frequency of absences of a person in the report, so I calculated the count of absence based on week, month and year. The problem is, if there is a week that person has more than 2 absent, and the other week the person has less than 2 absent, the grid is showing both "Y" and "N". Is there a way that if there is a "Y" in the twice a week column, don't show "N" in the grid with the same person?

Can you share more detail, like the calculated column expression and a snapshot of the visual?
