Visual not synced with slicer

Hello

I am facing one issue.

I have 2 different excel source files for different calculations. One is taking the same period comparison and the other is taking an average of the last whole year.

I have made a relationship of a company between the files and that is in my page level filter.

Now when I try to make a visual from 2nd source file calculations - it shows me the complete data irrespective of the company selected in the filter. Can you please help, what am I doing wrong here?

Would really appreciate your help

Thank You

You may try to set cross filter direction to 'Both' in the Edit relationship dialog.

Can you post an image of your data model as per this article. Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

It looks for all the world that you are missing a relationship between those two tables.
