Visual level filters do not show option to expand

Working with data for a new year and the old filter will not clear. See example below. How do I delete the 2018 filter?

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? I am unable to reproduce this issue on my side, and I am using latest version of Power BI Desktop( 2.65.5313.841 ).

Could you please share the PBIX file through Private message so that I can reproduce?
