Visual for a matrix type dynamic chart

Hello,

I am trying to create a visualization similar to the screenshot below in power bi. However, i am not sure there is such a visualization currently available in the platform to do it.

To describe a bit the visual, the idea is to be able to rank per store each of the different KPI's. So for example if i have a KPI 1 being ROI and i want to rank it on each of the stores vs the other KPI's. So each column will have KPI 1 - KPI 6 for each of the stores on the bottom. And if i wanted to rank it based on one of those KPI's i will be able to select say ROI and then the chart dynamically sorts them based on the stores highest ROI. If i want to rank by KPI 2 then again chart changes based on KPI 2 and store order is maybe different. Is this possible in a matrix maybe somehow? Can anyone help and verify if it is possible to recreate this in power bi? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm I am not entirely sure if you can move headers to the bottom, though if it is possible, it would be under the formatting section.

I will say under conditional formatted under Formatting on the right, you can add icons which would give you the shapes you want for your KPI’s.

This should be possible in a regular matrix, but choosing the "sort by column" option near the the top modeling section.   Change your selection based on which KPI you want.

@Anonymous I see what you mean with the sort by column in the three dots, that is great, however if you notice the bottom of the values are text, while the actual KPI's are numbers so i do not see a way to display them in a matrix this way. I can do it as a header or row but not on the bottom. Also, ideally each of the KPI is a different shape (say KPI 1 is a triangle, KPI 2 a circle, etc.) that way i add a legend and each KPI is defined, is this still possible in a matrix?
