Hi!
I'm having an issue when using a card to display the count of users posting less than 10 journals.
I have different levels (business area, company, user ID) which I want to be able to filter on - and have the card automatically update.
The issue is that when adding NoJournals as a filter on the visual it doesn't summarize on the NoJournals. For example, when looking at the total User1 should not appear in my card as the total NoJournals for that user > 10.
However, when using the card with filter "NoJournals is less than 10" User1 is included as the user only posts 9 journals in Ent2. I want the user to be included in the count when filtering on BA2 or BA3 as within those business areas the condition is met.
(I have used count distinct on UserID)
What can I do to make the card update the count of users based on the total NoJournals depending on the filter on Business Area etc?
The card should show 1 in the example above
