Visual assistance needed

Hi

I want to create visuals to represent current year data vs last year data. I wanted to know which are the visuals best suit in this scenario ?

I will be giving date as filter parameter and whatever date user will select, I want to show 3 visuals to represent;

1. selected date's month vs selected date's last year month

2. selected date's week vs selected date's last year week

3. selected date's year vs selected date's last year 

Any guidence would be highly appreciated.

I wanted to check if I want to show "CurrentYear" value, "Last Year" value (sales) and % Growth between two then what options of visuals can be used ?
