Visual Interactions not working

I have created a model using csv files within PowerBI query.

I created a line graph using sessions and date from my date table. I created a number card with total Sessions to reflect the total sessions in the selected period.

However, when clicking on the line graph of sessions the number card does not filter to the selected month.

Several cards are not filtering based on this click. This is using a single csv source and a date table created using a formula calculation.

If I cannot get this to work as expected (click the line graph and filter all data to month selected) I would like to disable ALL interactions from happening. Is there an easy way to do this without having to clicking interactive and turning off all links to each graph manually?

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

It appears it has to be a bar graph. Cannot get it to work while it is a line graph.

Just change the graph to a bar graph and interaction worked as expected

Hi @tjcMerkle,

I would suggest you create an idea here.

About how to disable all the interactions, please refer to the snapshot below.
