Visual Headers

Hello,

I noticed that in format section, under visual header all formatting options are missing (background, fonts etc) and I can't format visual header

@panosdi , which visual you are using.  Also, make sure you have not searched a few characters, that will limit the option you can see.

All visuals I have tried are missing the visual header settings

I can't reproduce this issue, visual header option listed in the bottom of 'format' tab(roller icon). What version of power bi desktop are you test?

I found it, when you use a file from an older version, then you have to go to the report settings and enable the "Use the modern visual header with updated styling options" option.

Some people think that the proper default value for this should be zero. Who knows why...

Hi @panosdi,

I think it may be caused with some of option and properties not include in the old version, they are added in the following update. When you open the old version files, power bi will try to recognize defined properties and options and keep these not existed items as blank.
