Question : I have 4 drop down filter and one visual
User will select only 4th filter and based on that Filter one will populate automatically and filter 4 will be ignored, visual will show all data for the filter 1 which is not yet slected by user ..
let me know if this is possible

You can create a disconnected table with the values in the fourth Slicer. Then create a Measure as the following.
DataExceptSelected =
VAR val =
FILTER ( GroupTable, ALLSELECTED ( GroupTable[Group] ) )
RETURN
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Table'[Amount] ),
FILTER ( 'Table', NOT 'Table'[Group] IN val )
)
The result looks like this:
