Variable Alias in Calculated Column / IF Command & DAX?

I am working with a dataset with a column that can have one of 2 variables in it, or be empty/blank. When populated the variables in the dataset can be "Signed", "Signed - National".

I would like to create a calculated column so that the data is interpreted as:

When "Signed" or "Signed Nartional" then "Sold", else (blank) "Available".  I am having issues with the IF DAX command to nail this the presentation of this alias.  All suggestions welcome.

Thanks.

Hi, Lets call Your column "SignedType" (Signed , Signed - National, Empty)

Status=If(Table1[SignedType]="Signed" || Table1[SignedType]="Signed-National","Sold","Avalaible")
