Values in rows, single dimension as column accompanied by total

Hi,

I'm trying to accomplish something that seems tricky. I have calculated values: Average (age), Average (balance), Net worth.

I have those values for 5 different states (NY, KY, CA, FL, TX) , and a filter for states.

Once I've filter for a state, I'd like to show a table with Age, balance and net worth as rows, a column for the states value, and a column combining all the states.

Is that feasable?

Ahish, thank you very much, was not aware of the IsInSCOpe function.

I might have a complementeray question that surfaced from using this:

If one of my measures was a calculate, that had a filter at the end, how do I combien the ALL and the FILTER in the same calculate?

You are welcome.  It really depends upon the case.  Start a new thread with your question - explain the question, share some data and show the expected result.

Hey @Sibrulotte ,

I'm not sure if I understand what for you are looking for.

I'm using a matrix visual, the next screenshot shows the initial visualization:

image.png

The Values bucket in the formatting pane of the matrix visual provides an option called Show on rows

image.png

Turning this option to on changes the layout of the matrix visual to this:

All the fields from the Values well are transposed, from columns to rows.

Hopefully, this is what you are looking for.

If not, consider creating a screenshot that shows how the visual looks like, and use Excel to create the layout you want, and paste this layout as a 2nd screenshot.

Regards,

Tom
