Value color customization

Hi all,

Can I add brackets () and +- 

e.g.

(+3.5%)

(+0.15)

(-2.7%)

(-4.76)

and can we change the color for this arrows? 

e.g. upward = Green

Downward = Red

and reverse this,, 

Green down triangle

Red up triangle

PBI Matrix doesn't seem to have value color customization? 

so anyone knows how to make DAX for this pls share with me and very would be appreciated.

to get () parentheses you must use Foramt function on top of your measure

to get different colors arrows  there are inbuild arrows while using icon sets in conditional formatting

can you give me the example of the measure? in excel I can put it in but in Power bi, it seems the function is a bit different?

and there's no other color of arrows in conditional formatting so I would like to customise it.
