VLOOKUP approximate 1

HI Everybody,

 

how can I replicate the VLOOKUP approximated (1 instead of 0) to power bi? I have a bunch of data and grouping is not possible no i need to assign a range closest as possbile.

Please refer to the attached .pbix file. I made some data transformation to 'Support' table in Query Editor, please pay attention to the applied steps. The 'Table1' is a calculated table that shows your expected output.
