I want to use color saturation on a shape map to highlight areas where a ratio is the highest.
It works fine if I use and unformatted measure ratio=subset/total.
But this looks ugly in the toolip.
So I want to format the ratio as a percentage, using Format(ratio;”0.0%”) but then powerBI will not let me use that measure in the color saturation field
Solved! Go to Solution.
When using Format() function, the result will become text type so that the visual can not recognize it as numerice value for color saturation. Please format it under Modeling tab.
