Using different filters to users based on user.

Hi

I have one report that contains full P&L of the company. The different brand managers can see their own P&L, but not the other brand managers. Is there a way that I can have one report and share different P&L?

I've tried the https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-share-reports, but then the user can change the filter, and if I hide/lock it I myself can not change it.

I hope that anyone can help?

Do you mean you'd like to set different access to different users? that they can only see their parts? 

You can use row-level security (RLS) with Power BI Desktop to restrict data access for given users. Filters restrict data at the row level. You can define filters within roles.
