So this is probably simple, but I'm stuck here.
This is what my dates look like:
I'm trying to create a new custom colum that does discipline codes before a certain date to create a Grandfathering Clause:
It says it's good to go, but it's not. I get a bunch of errors:
When I remove the date field all the errors disappear and I get values appearing. Any help appreciated!

#date(1,1,2008) is incorrect. It should be
#date(year as number, month as number, day as number)
Another issue is you are using #date when your values are of DateTime thereby needing #datetime as
#datetime(year as number, month as number, day as number, hour as number, minute as number, second as number) as any
