Using data from Qualtrics

Has anyone had any success bringing in large amounts of data from Qualtrics? I need to create a dashboard based off of the information in the surveys, but I have not been able to figure out a viable option. I know you can export the survey data into a csv file and use that but I need to look at hundreds of surveys, so that will not work as a long term solution.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

If you have to look at hundreds of surveys, you can just use use the Qualtrics API and R. I made a video how to do this on YouTube for just one, but the only difference is that you would print all of the survey IDs/get them into a list, loop through the list, and export. You can do this with hundreds of surveys. I provided the code in my video description but if you don't know R, just give the code to Bing AI or ChatGPT, and tell it you want to add all of your survey IDs to a list, loop through them, and export.  This all works using the R package "qualtRics".

Hi @cclark01,

Currently, there is no built-in connector for Qualtrics in Power BI, an idea about this issue has been submitted in this link, please vote it up.

In addition, you can try to use the Qualtrics API to get data and import data to Power BI Desktop.

Thanks,
