Using Username() in DAX with Row-Level Security

Hi 

Does the users has to have power bi account and login in so i can a parametrable power bi  report?

and so using username in dax with RLS

any help and thanks

Yes, the user has to be logged in for row level security to apply at the user level.  Take a look at this article on dynamic rls.

Hi. Your question is not quite clear but let me try. Yes they have to login.

In order to use RLS in a report, all the users accessing to this report must have a pro account (or premium capacity and any account). When the login in the platform with their own professional account, the USERNAME() will resolve finding the email.
