Hi,
I have a dataset in which each row contains a date and a certain ammount of production. Each production line (let's say number of copies) is multiplied by a fee/copy assigned to that customer. Once a customer passes certain trashold of production for that given month, a new fee is being assigned from that point to the end of the month.
Example, if he produces upto 500 products he pays 1$ per each, but once he reached 501 and on he will pay 2$. For that need I need a monthly running total. I have used TOTALMTD in the following manner:
DTM = TOTALMTD(SUM(JobFlatBarCoverages[FlatCopies]),DateFilter[dateTime].[Date])
But then on line level I only recieve the # of products and not a running total.
Any ideas?
Thanks
For any time intelligence function, you could implement a custom DAX formula.

Thank you. I have reviewed every piece of source out there, but still haven't found a solution to my problem. I need to use a basic TOTALMTD function, but my problem is that my dataset has repetative data points for the same dates, while intellegence functions require I'll have a single date line.
How can I overcome this?
