Using Power BI with output from Forms

I am taking an output from Micrsoft Forms via Excel into Power BI. The output is a survey and that looks like TABLE A) and I need to create a visual like TABLE B)

@davidbmitchell ,

 

In power query, click on [Attendee 1], [Attendee 2] and [Attendee 3], then click Transform-> Unpivot Columns, you will acheve the table as below:

Then click [Value] and click Pivot Column as below, you will achieve the expected table:

The result is as below:
