I am using the Power Automate visual in Power BI. My goal is to send 1 email to each unique user for a table. In the email, it will contain all of the order information for that user.
My table has a row for every order. Every order is associated with an individual and their email address. Individuals can be assigned to multiple orders. My Power Automate currently sends each user a separate email for EVERY order.
How can I have only 1 email sent to each unique individual with a list of ALL of their orders? Thank you.
EDIT: I have a Pro License. Please do not recommend anything that requires a Premium License.
Has this been answered for the Power BI process?
At the moment I have automation set up to send an email for each project reference.
However a project manager will have multiple project references hence at the moment recieve multiple emails.
I would like to be able to send just 1 email to each of the project managers that lists all of the project reference numbers that they need to update, can someone please help?
Cheers,
Jack Henderson
So, I feel like the incorrect part of the question is being answered here.
How do we get Power automate to distingush between send emails to ALL recipients that have a due date on a certain day and sending only the relevant information to the correct party.
If I have 2 row items with the same due date BOTH of those contacts receive BOTH of each others emails instead of only getting the email they are supposed to get

The "Common Data Services" does not seem to be available for me in Power BI. In Power Automate, it seems to be a Premium service. I have a Power BI Pro License.
