Using Map with Data Segmentation

Hello members. I have this map, and when I click on a particular state, all the data belonging to it is filtered (I can see the filtered data in a table), but if I put a data segmentation, this element does not filter the data to be displayed. I get the expected result only if I use Smart Filter by okViz.

Can anyone tell me why I can't display the filtered data in the segmenter?

According to your description, is the ‘data segmentation’ you said a slicer?

If so, please ensure the slicer can filter the map visual via Edit Interactions feature. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-reports-visual-interactions
