I need to get an average by Model - regardless of any selection in the "EquipmentNum" field. How would I change this measure (which currently works) to give me this average. I know I would need to add the ALL function somewhere along with with the "EquipmentNum" but not sure where this would go or if my current measure would have to change significantly.
AVERAGEX(VALUES(f_GW[Model]),CALCULATE(AVERAGE(f_GW[UsageAmount])))

@Anonymous,
You may try the DAX below.
Measure = AVERAGEX ( VALUES ( f_GW[Model] ), CALCULATE ( AVERAGE ( f_GW[UsageAmount] ), ALL ( f_GW[EquipmentNum] ) ) )
Measure 2 = CALCULATE ( AVERAGEX ( VALUES ( f_GW[Model] ), CALCULATE ( AVERAGE ( f_GW[UsageAmount] ) ) ), ALL ( f_GW[EquipmentNum] ) )
