Users who have not opened a ticket for the last 60 days

Hi,

I want to create a measurement that calutates if a user (assigned_to) has opened any ticket (number) within the last 60 days.

The column Open days calulates how many days the ticket has been opened.

Notice that I have alot of tickets (number) and diffrent users (assigned_to). So if a any ticket that is connected to a specfic user has been opened within the last 60 days the measurement should show this name.

I also want the measurement to divide it in to active user (user that have opened a ticket within 60 days) and inactive user (user that have not opened a ticket within 60 days).

If you a suggestion how to create this measurement I am glad to know, beacuse I can't figureit out how to creat one.

Regards,

Albin

You could do something like this column:

Column =
VAR __table = FILTER(ALL('Table'),[opened_by] = EARLIER([opened_by]) && [Open days] <=60)
IF(ISBLANK(COUNTROWS(__table)),"inactive","active")
