Hi.
I have a dashboard in which I granted access to all users through Power BI online. I pretty much shared the report with them and then access was given. Now once I embedded the report in SharePoint online, they can't see it and it's asking them to upgrade to Pro. What do I do? Shouldn't users be able to see it without upgrading?

Hi. No the won't be able to check. The thing is that if you want to share a report with an user (even with power bi, teams, sharepoint, etc) they all need power bi pro account to read the report. The only way to share without pro account is with premium capacity on the workspace.
The only way to show a report on free way is publishing the report to web, but first be sure to read what is it about because you are going totally public in that way. Anyone with the link will access.
