Hi,
I would like to add a form in my report to give the possibility to the user to add missing information in to the database.
(ex. "Select the company you want to be treathed as a priority?") This example should be selected with a check box and with a textbox. The textbox is if the user know the unique reference of the company.

I guess it's power apps issue,better delete from power bi desktop forum and create a new thread in power apps forum via below link:
