If you share a report/dashboard/app with other user, they can not edit your report and can onlt read and reshare contents. So you can share those people you don't want them to edit content with a report/dashboard/app. If you want member to help you edit contents, you can add them to app workspace and approve them edit permission.
In addtion, there's a simple solution for more requirement that you can create a new app workspace(preview) which can let you set role level(Admin, Member, Contributor) as below:
