Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a user input field that refreshes power BI so it shows the inputted data on the graph and also saves it into the database or excel sheet that power BI is connected too?

If that is not possible I was wondering if it is possible to connect an excel sheet to a Power BI report so that if you update the excel file, it dynamically changes on the other platform?

Power BI cannot write data to a data source. If you update the Excel file, Power BI will pick up that change on the next scheduled refresh. You could get fancy with some Power Apps form and Microsoft Flow to bring it all together, but that is a question for the Flow or Power App forums as it wouldn't be a simple task unless you were familier with both of those products.
