Hi,
I have published a dashboard which is accessible to multiple users online. I want the users to download the summarized tables in the dashboards but not download the underlying raw data. Is that possible? Or is there a workaround like giving them a Power BI account where they can download the summarized data but its not possible for them to access the raw data anyhow?
Thanks in advance,
Chirag

Hi @Chirag_Sidana,
Based on my test, I am afraid you could not make the users to download the summarized tables in the dashboards but not download the underlying raw data. If you don’t want other users to download your row data, you can turn off the “Export data” function in Admin portal but it will also prevent any users downloading any data. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/power-bi-visualization-export-data
