Use same column in rows and columns for power bi Matrix

Hello,

Can someone please help me with below..

I have to show the values per Grade (1,2.3,4...10) comparing Q4 with Q1, below is the sample data

is it possible to show same column (in this case Grade and Quarter) in both Rows & Columns in Power BI Matrix visual.
