Use rows as headers for each date so that I can select individual fields in power bi

I am trying to replicate a excel visualisation in power bi.

The visual is using data from a excel table which looks like the picture below:

How can I transform the table so that the stats rows on the left are individual headers for each column at the top? For example I need to select January (Avg) as a field when creating visuals in power bi.

At the moment the power bi does not recognise these as headers.

Many thanks for your help!
