Use measure ins a slider

I've a measure for 'Profit %'

 

This can change based on regions, countries and departments slicer selection.

 

I want to have slider where I want to select 'Profit %'

 

I know this is not possible off the shelf but saw a video ages ago (which I bookmarked) and now cannot locate.

 

Anyone know how to use measures in sliders/slicers ?
