Use a column A to search word text in colum B, if contains text, return column C

Hello good day
I'm trying something similar to the Procx function, to fill a column

I have this Table1:

And this Table2:

I'm want to use this Table2 as a reference table and use the words of Column1 to search in Table1 Column called [Descrição]

So, if column [Descrição], contains text of [Column1]

I want to return [Column2] values in Column of table1 called [Caracteristicas_1]

Is possible to do This with DAX or M language?

A second thing is:
In Table1 i have a column called [Descrição_1] with cell text similar to "Ipsum! Lore ipsum <strong>Festa Flamengo</strong> lore ipsum"

Is possible search and replace the text of Column [Descrição_1] using the word "Festa" as reference based on column 1 [Descrição]? Just some words

Example:

I see some topics about If text.contains e DAX vlookup, but I don't know if it's possible to use 4-column vlookup this way
And I didn't find an alternative to know if I can replace the text as in the second case
Any suggestion?
