Use ElasticSearch data with porwerbi - Issue reading ISO date

Hello,

I am using data from ElasticSearch through an ODBC connector to visualize and build a dashboard in PowerBi.

I have trouble reading ISO date. My date looks like this on ElasticSearch : 2021-03-16T13:23:56.546345+00:00

But when I requesting data from PowerBI with a simple query : "Select * from source", PowerBI is setting all ISO dates  at midnight :

2021-03-16T12:00:00

I tried changing settings but it didn't solve my issue.

Could you please help me ?
Regards,

Olivier, Data Engineer

Hi, @Anonymous

You need to use 'DateTime.FromText'  to convert the date format in power query.
