I want to figure out that which metric affect the organization rank.
As I understand it is affecting by Report views. Actually I couldn't understand how does report view metric work. Does it counting clicking on charts or filters or pages or waiting times on reports.
Is there anyone have idea about how can we go up to top spots on organization rank.

Hi @Anonymous ,

When you run either dashboard usage metrics or report usage metrics, you discover how those dashboards and reports are being used throughout your organization, who's using them, and for what purpose. See more: Monitor usage metrics for Power BI dashboards and reports

From this article, we know that "Total number of views" is referred to a view is defined as a user loading a report page or dashboard  in the past 90 days,  and "Rank: Total views" is referred to for total views of all dashboards or reports in the organization over the past 90 days, where does this dashboard or report rank.

To improve the rank, you may try to click out and then click into the report or dashboard to load the data.

Best Regards,

Amy

@Anonymous Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
